How do I apply for the VIP membership?
To join us as a member, all you need to do is to make a purchase at any one of our retail stores in Singapore.
You are entitled to a Silver membership if you purchase anything below S$500. If you purchase S$500 and above of products in a year, you are entitled to a Gold membership.
For a Silver member to become a Gold member, you can accumulate purchases up to a total value of S$500 within a year. You can make your purchases in-store to be eligible for this upgrade. Your transition from Silver to Gold membership will be automatically activated.
Your membership is non-transferable and valid only for registered customers. Without prejudice to any action, misuse and/or abuse of privileges will result in the termination of membership by Boarding Gate. Boarding Gate reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions of its programme without prior notice. The decision of Boarding Gate shall be final and binding in the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with transactions made with membership privileges.
What privileges am I entitled to?
Can I use the promo codes I receive via email at retail stores?
Unfortunately, all promo codes are exclusive to online purchases only.
To use your promo code online, enter the code at the checkout page and make sure you have signed into your account when making the online purchase.
How do I activate my member privileges?

Your membership privileges will be activated within 1 working day.

An exclusive promo code will be sent to your email to inform you about your membership privileges within 7 working days.

Can I get to enjoy the member privileges immediately on the purchase which qualifies me to be a member?

No, your privileges can only be used after your membership has been activated which will only take 1 working day.

Can I enjoy my membership privileges in overseas stores?

Member privileges are only valid in the location where the privilege membership has been registered. Memberships registered through Boarding Gate retail stores overseas and on other sites are not valid at Boarding Gate retail stores in Singapore and online at www.boardinggate.com.sg (Singapore site).

Will my privilege membership expire?

No, your privilege membership will not expire.

Terms & Conditions
  1. Boarding Gate reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions of its programme without prior notice.

  4. Member privileges are valid at both Boarding Gate retail stores in Singapore and online at www.boardinggate.com.sg (Singapore site) only.
  5. Membership is non-transferable and valid only for the registered customer.
  6. Without prejudice to any action, misuse and/or abuse of privileges will result in termination of membership by Boarding Gate.
  7. Privileges are not applicable for the purchase of gift vouchers, special project items or sale and promotional items, unless otherwise stated.
